@Martin : First Utility is struggling with customer service issues, according to a number of postings on web forums including moneysupermarket.com,(moderated forum), and MoneySavingExpert.com-(moderated forum by First Utility).The company scaled back its initial national smart meter rollout after complaints about service in the early days, but seems to be still dogged by problems.
